PURPOSE OF THE EVENT
The Empowerment Awards recognizes individuals whose work creates meaningful change for youth, families, and the arts. Honorees reflect HEAL’s commitment to excellence, leadership, and community service.
The event also serves as a major fundraiser that supports:
